    General Terms To benefit from Return, Exchange, and Warranty services, the original invoice is required. All items are subject to Return and Exchange except (Books, Electronics, Software, Video Games, and Prepaid Cards unless found with a manufacturing defect) with the following terms:

    • Item is in original packing condition.
    • Return is within 3 days and exchange is within 7 days of the date of purchase.
    • Offers item can be returned with the purchased item if the offers item is still in the original condition; otherwise, its price will be deducted.
    • Amounts paid are returned using the same method used when paying, except purchases paid with partner vouchers or through installment service, where the amount paid can be exchanged with store vouchers.
    • Refunding the amount collected on behalf of third parties depends solely on the service provider’s Return & Exchange policies and requires the customer to provide the payment slip alongside the invoice.
    • Return, Exchange, and warranty service extend within the geographical boundaries of the country in which the product was purchased.
    • Service charges are non-refundable.

    Additional Terms for Online Purchases

    • Accepting shipment from the shipping company declares that the shipment (carton) is in good condition and sealed upon receiving.
    • The return and exchange period is calculated from the date of delivery.
    • To benefit from return and exchange services, the customer must go to the nearest showroom. If the showroom is not available in your city, please contact us at the unified number for your service 222-831-027, and a representative of the shipping company will come to pick up the order.
    • Shipping fees, Customs Duties, taxes & any other fees related to international shipping are not refundable unless found with a manufacturing defect.
    • International orders are not eligible for Return and Exchange unless found to have a manufacturing defect. Please contact us at 0966-880088011, and a representative of the shipping company will come to pick up the order.
    • Amounts paid are returned using the same method used when paying, except purchases paid with store/partner vouchers or through installment service, where the amount paid can be added to the customer store credit.

    Immediate Defective Items Replacement We will replace devices with a manufacturing defect (non-software) with a similar item within 3 days of the purchase date based on the following conditions:

    • The device must be free of scratches or signs of misuse.
    • Original packing along with the box, user manuals, and accessories must be returned with the device.
    • A technical report from the Authorized Service Center might be required prior to replacement.
